Starting at 5:22 a.m., the ferry departs every 15 minutes from the airport until 12:07 a.m. The ride is free for travellers and CA$11 for vehicles on the return trip.
The airport also offers free shuttle service to and from downtown Toronto. Travellers meet at the airport's mainland ferry terminal building, across the street from Union Station. The 15-minute trip ends outside the Royal York Hotel on York Street. The shuttle departs every 15 minutes and features free Wi-Fi for passengers. They can board anytime from 5 a.m. until 12:07 a.m. Sunday through Friday and 5 a.m. until 8:45 p.m. on Saturdays. Car rentals are available near the ferry terminal, and Skyscanner provides travellers with several car rental options. Travellers can also grab a taxi found at the foot of Eireann Quay.
