Stay at the hotel from 2 to 6 March 2025

Very responsive staff, no kettle turned on, replaced 2 minutes after appeal.
Breakfasts are good for SWA, there's always hot water in the shower, there's a small balcony.
All the photos correspond to reality, not embellished.
On the ground floor there is a small shop (water, beer, chips, ice cream, etc.), prices below average

Good stay.

Was all ready to slate this place after the second day of being here, after staying in home-stays and guest houses for the last 3 weeks the atmosphere here felt a bit sterile and corporate but most of all our shower was freezing cold. Thought first day maybe just missed out on hot water but same second day so went to front desk, and bam !!! Room changed straight away, can’t fault that service. Location is good, beach 5 min walk all restaurants 10 min walk. Overall good stay.

Rest in Rigel Nha Trang

Picked a hotel based on reviews, my main question is silence at night, that's great. The room with balcony and mountain view was quite satisfactory. I bet number 5!
Very surprised and pleasantly impressed by the staff of this hotel. It's not my first time in Vietnam, but it's the first time I've met this attitude. All requests are fulfilled in the shortest possible time. The air conditioning didn't work well in the room provided, as soon as I went to the reception, I was given another room and helped to move. TV program malfunctions, a specialist rushes to you. Charming restaurant staff, always with a smile and a desire to help.
All this has helped make my stay at this hotel wonderful.
I recommend it!

Great staff

The hotel is in a great location and is within easy walking distance of the beach. The room is spacious, clean, with large windows and city view. Staff are friendly, enthusiastic and provide useful information.

Clean, value for money

Rooms are spacious and well equipped with large windows and balconies with mountain views. The bathroom was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast is also very delicious with many choices. Overall I think the price is okay.
