We had a wonderful weekend. Breakfast was great...staff was very helpful...and patient. We will visit again.

Everything was great with exception of us not having a table in our double queen room with sofa. In front of the sofa was just a big open space. 1 office chair for the whole room and they couldn't bring a small table up to our room.
The pool was jam packed with kids and a couldn't even get in. Hopefully it's not always like that.

Very disappointed that there was no housekeeping. We had to walk our garbage bags down stairs every day, had to go down to the desk to ask for clean towels, they did not clean our bathroom or make our beds. Definitely do not recommend staying here if you’re going for more than one night.

A Wonderful hotel!!!!

This is a great hotel!! The staff are super friendly and professional! I look forward to staying at La Quinta Inn & Suites located in Springfield, MA!!!! They welcome our canine kids (we stay at the hotel while competing in a dog show), and we fell very safe!!
