Great Location

This hotel is perfect if you have an event at Union Depot (which I did). Comfortable bed, clean room, complimentary breakfast and a short walk to Union Depot. The staff is friendly. I had a package sent to me that never arrived, and they were helpful during and after my stay with watching for it and returning it.

Awesome rooms in a beautiful historic building

Love the historic charm, yet completely updated. Rooms are large, very tall ceilings and window so lots of natural light. Everytging was very vlean. Very good free breakfast. Cheap parking across the street. Overall great value and would certainly come back!

A beautiful Blend of History and Comfort

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Hyatt in St. Paul, MN! What makes this hotel stand out is its stunning setting—housed in a beautifully restored historic building that once served as a post office and custom house. The blend of classic architecture and modern comforts gives it so much character.
My room was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating throughout my visit.
A couple of small hiccups: the refrigerator in my room wasn’t working, but was replaced the next day, and while I had been looking forward to checking out the bar and restaurant, they weren’t open during my stay. That said, with so many great options nearby, it didn’t dampen the experience at all.
If you’re into history, comfort, and top-notch service, I highly recommend this hotel. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is very spacious. Neighborhood not so good, pool was only 3.5 ft deep
, but hotel room itself was good.

Nice update to an old building. Attentive staff. Very convenient to Union Depot and Light Rail. Sadly not close to many restaurants or shopping. Pool limited by structure, but still good that they had one.
