My visit was very good and HEIDI was very pleasant and helpful

The staff Heidi is very nice and courteous she was very helpful. and the rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Showers were warm. Also like the shampoo and conditioner mounts in the shower I would most definitely recommend this establishment to friends and family.

Real Good Travel Stop

Quality Inn Redding was a good bargin, clean, and just fine for our trip North. Breakfast (included) was better than I had expected ( which saved yet more $ ). Location is great for both dinner options and freeway access. All went so well going North to Oregon that we booked another night as we returned South. Angela and her office staff are genuine and helpful. I recommend this place to my fellow travelers. Thanks again Angela.

Heidi was very helpful I needed a hotel room last minute and she made that happen she also helped me book a hotel for when I have to go to my sons baseball tournament she was nice and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel my room was also very nice and spacious

We wanted to let you be aware of your gteat staff member "Heidi",. She is a gem and cheerful, friendly and very helpful.
She made our stay enjoyable. Offered ideas for dinner too. Yum, yum, yum.
Looking forward to the hot breakfast.
Will stay again when we pass through this area.

Good area, Amazing customer service, Clean rooms

My husband & I originally planned to stay for one night, checked out and then found out we had to stay in Redding another night, so I booked again and was even able to check in early without asking. Both ladies were amazing, the rooms were nice, beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The area is good and we even took walks both nights to go get some food. Definitely recommend this hotel on the customer service alone!
