Great experience

Nancy at the front desk was fabulous. Helped with all my needs. Room was great bed was comfortable and dove products were amazing . I would definitely return again. Keep up the good work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never stay here again

I went to this hotel with my family to relax due to a chaotic remodel at my home. When I first got to the hotel, the front desk person was mildly rude. Not a big deal. When I went into the room, I 1st went to the bathroom. A piece of dirty tape from the maids roller that they use on the floor was on my sink. Gross, but an honest mistake. I go to wash my hands and the water from the faucet is brown. When I called the front desk she was extremely rude this time. She said the pipes were being flushed and when I asked if there was a time frame she just said “soon”. If the pipes were being flushed when I checked in, at the very least a heads up and time frame would have been fine. But apparently that’s not what this place practices. After attempting to relax in my room, I noticed there were several water spots on the ceiling. Later on, the people above me were stomping and banging for an hour. I went to the front desk this time and the front desk person wasn’t rude this time. But when I asked to switch rooms, she said I couldn’t switch rooms because they wouldn’t be able to resell my room because housekeeping wasn’t in. She did say she would call and ask the people above to quiet down, and to call if anything else happened. They quieted down. I fell asleep, and at midnight I was woken up to them slamming something across the floor. This proceeded for a while. I called the front desk and there was no answer. So I was stuck in the room where I could hear absolutely every footstep and word they were saying. We could not sleep for a while. Someone in the hallway was yelling and banged on my door around one am, that didn’t help. And to top of this lovely stay, I found a ROACH IN THE BATHROOM.

The general manager and the operations manager are very polite nice good hospitality my stay here has been a excellence day good service front desk is very nice if you need anything they're willing to help you I recommend coming here⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐rooms

We only stayed one night. Stay was fine. Liked the bathroom and shower. Wish the walls weren’t so thin. You can hear noise in hallways and other rooms other than that all was very good in room. Wish also they had blackout curtains

I can say everything ok except pool I bring my family to enjoy the pool when i reserved the room it say pool is available but when i get in it say the s not so that means you lie it happens last year in January too please make sure do not lie to guests this is my last time coming to this hotel I am so tired of lies!
