Great hotel in Murfreesboro

Our stay at this Embassy Suites was excellent. I came in from Maui for a class at MTSU. I got to the hotel early and was exhausted from the red eye flight. I was helped at the front desk by Lori who very friendly and helpful. My room was ready at 1 pm so I was able to shower and nap before the planned reception that night. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable. I did not need housekeeping everyday so I hung out the Do Not Disturb sign. I did run into the housekeeper the 2nd night I was there and she asked if I needed anything. Again very friendly. Breakfast was very good with made to order omelets and tons of options. Managers nightly reception offer domestic beers and wines as well as bottom shelf mixed drinks and snacks. Overall it was a great experience. Lovely hotel, great staff. Would stay there again for sure.

Consistently great- We’ll be back again.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and it continues to be a great choice. This time, we booked the wellness suite, which was worth the extra charge since I have allergies. The room felt very fresh and clean, making for a really comfortable stay.
Breakfast here is always a highlight, and the made-to-order omelets are especially delicious. There’s a good variety of options, including fresh fruit, so it’s easy to start the day with something fresh and delicious.
In the evening, we enjoyed spending time in the restaurant lounge. Th appetizers and drinks were a great way to relax after a busy day. The restaurant offers plenty of choices, and our kids especially loved the chicken tenders and chocolate cake. One of our favorite parts of the evening was sitting near the water features with our kids.
Overall, this hotel continues to be a great place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely be back.

The customer service was excellent. The heating unit in our room was not working. The engineer was dispatched immediately. When it was determined that it could not be resolved that night, we were upgraded to a bigger one. Great resolution and excellent customer service from the engineer and the front desk agent.

I was not pleased with the condition of the hotel and my stay. The hotel did not feel or look clean. The hotel is seriously outdated and dingy. There is no way that my room should have cost more than $200/night. If Hilton is going to slap its name on hotels, those hotels should live up to the Hilton brand. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
