First, we do not allow pets on non-pet-designated floors, and this policy is in place to ensure the comfort and health of all our guests. Your reservation was made through a third-party platform, not directly with our hotel. Had the booking been made with us directly, we would have ensured that you were fully informed about our pet policy and placed in a pet-friendly room if needed.
At check-in, we honored your reservation for a room with two Queen beds instead of king as booked. After a lengthy discussion regarding your concerns, we did offer a rate adjustment as a gesture of goodwill and to make your stay more comfortable — which you accepted at that time.
Please note that when you expressed further dissatisfaction, we offered to cancel your stay at no charge to help you avoid any inconvenience — a solution you initially agreed to. Therefore, we find it disappointing to now see a negative review after these efforts were made to accommodate your requests and provide a resolution during your stay.
We strive to maintain a clean, comfortable environment for all guests and take reports of cleanliness seriously. However, we received no such complaint during your visit, which would have allowed us to address the matter promptly.
