This is an extremely clean, “plain vanilla” motel. The people running if are wonderful people. Everything was spotless. It’s not the resort at Margaritaville. There’s no pool. But it is clean, well run, and very affordable. We came for TRF and stayed an extra day. We did bring our own pillows and an extra quilt.

Checking in was fine—the staff didn’t say much, but that’s fine. When we got to our room on the second floor (no elevator), we realized we were literally thee only car in the parking lot. That was odd. We then went into the room and were hit with an intense musty odor. The top blanket and sheets were stained and had hair all over, and the pillows were super thin. The bathroom also had hairs on the floor as well as what appeared to be urine stains around the toilet that weren’t cleaned. The toilet paper holder was literally hanging from the wall. We sat on the bed long enough to look up other hotels in the area. We ended up checking out the same day and spending the rest of our stay elsewhere.

Oof not a good experience. Shampoo was in packets, smoke detector was disassembled and dangling from the ceiling, the blankets are very thin and when I called to request another blanket they said no - wouldn’t stay here again.

A little pricey for the location, honestly. Right off the freeway so it's very noisy. Room was pretty clean.

I liked Nothing. I arrived, and there was no available rooms, except, for a room for Smoking. The facility express a no smoking facility, yet I'm offered a room that had been smoking in. I was informed it was a smoking room, and it was the only one available. I drove 2 hrs to visit family, and yet nowhere to stay. Very Disappointed. I would like to request a refund, because there no availability. What are the steps to take to receive a refund?
