Never again!!

Mold on the heat/ac unit. Yellow stains on the sheets. One of the kids stepped in a wet spot by the bed/ wall immediately washed their feet. Room spelled like cat pee. Front desk were nice to us but not the people in front of us. We didn't even stay all night. We left right after our concert.

Just what we needed: clean and no frills

We stayed here for the Ateez concert since the CFG arena is very close. I read a lot of reviews that were mixed about this place. Our experience was good - it's definitely not the newest hotel, but our room was clean, the beds were amazingly fluffy and that's really all we wanted for the night! The AC felt like it was struggling when we first got in the room, but I turned the temp down so by the time we got back from the concert, it was nicely cooled off. Also, it was crazy humid and hot while we were there, so it's understandable why the rest of the hotel felt muggy. Don't count on the "breakfast" there, but it's walking distance to Dunkin and Starbucks. We brought our own snacks and drinks, since there's a fridge and microwave in the room. All in all, it was a great room at a good price, exactly where we wanted to be.

Good but could be better!

It was disappointing! Last visit few years ago the hotel was a 5 but needs updating. Very disappointed in Wyndham- not worth 30000 points. No pool no restaurant terrible breakfast- not very friendly service. Outside area Needs to be cleaned - homeless people and dirty areas.
Very unfortunate since area is great - close to ballpark and inner harbor.
Room was clean but needs updating.

Bad service

The first day I was there my car got broken into in the hotel parking garage. I had to tow it to get it fixed but the hotel still charged me for 5 days of parking ($160) even though the car was only there for one day. I called three times to get them to remove the charge (which they said they would do) but months later they never have. Just bad service and not a safe hotel.
