Good Stay!

PRO! Definitely downtown vibe. Hotel is clean, friendly staff. The halls, rooms, bathrooms are clean. Bed is comfy. The pull out, not so much. I thought I was getting a room with two actual beds. Breakfast is continental. Very good, waffles, egg sandwiches, coffee, juices. A lot to pick from.
CON. Parking is valet $35 each day. And they don't have a parking lot for self parking. There is street parking if you find any. It's 3:50 an hour.
The hotel is on a down hill street. And a little disappointing that there is no pool to chill after a day out doors.
Would I stay here again maybe not. But it was a good stay..

Bad Location

I gave them a two because the staff was helpful but honestly this hotel is a one a best. It is in a bad location. Almost all of the places listed to eat/shop at by the hotel are closed. I was here for business and afraid to leave the hotel once I got back after work. Ended the trip a day early just to get out of there.

Worst hotel ever

I want to start by saying our family has stayed in many H2S locations. We have had good experiences until now. The breakfast buffet was the worst food we have had. A week after we returned I noticed I had left a pair of pants and a shirt in the closet. I called and housekeeping did not call me back. I called everyday for 10 days and no return call after speaking with the front desk each day. I was told housekeeping would call me back. That never happened. I was given the GM name and to call her. I did that and left her 2 voicemails and seems like she is never working because she either leaves early or is off everyday. Now I know why the service is terrible. Attitude reflects leadership. I even called today but she is not working today. She has not returned either of my voicemails. At this point it seems housekeeping has stolen my items rather than keep them in lost and found. Never again will we stay in a Home2Suites.

Great hotel - Wonderful People.

We loved this hotel. From the minute that we walked in, we were warmly greeted. It was conveniently located to most every place we wanted to visit, the rooms were clean, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the staff went out of their way to meet all of our needs. This will definitely be where we will stay on our return trip to Baltimore!

Clean and comfortable. Right across street from Mercy Hospital. Stayed here during time my husband was in hospital.
