Location is right next to I-40 which makes it quite loud. Beds were not the greatest, but it has a great kitchen and the location was very convenient for our trip.

This is my second time booking. We loved it the first time, and really wanted to like it, but it is a little tired this time. A mattress was saggy and uncomfortable on one side, as was the case for the sofa. Toilet barn doors need repairs, one pillowcase had a ripped seam, found a used cartridge in the coffee maker, fridge water filter had a red light, indicating it needed to be replaced. Good thing we brought some water.
One counter stool was loose and rickety, floor was dusty, one bedside lamp bulb was out so I replaced it with a living room light bulb, the back area was not cleared of dog droppings so we had to go to the park near Amarillo college.
It is close to the highway and was quiet last time we stayed, but it’s a lot noisier for some reason for the room facing the highway and my kids couldn’t sleep well.

Never received my key code for the door. Tried contacting host numerous times and received zero communication. I ultimately ended up staying elsewhere unfortunately.

I was worried about the door code after reading the other reviews, but our door code came on time and worked perfectly. The hosts are very readily available. This is a very nice stay. It is well equipped with everything you could need. There are plenty of towels and they even had snacks and water available and an ice maker on the refrigerator. The beds are fine. The rooms are spacious. The area of the stay was nice. The guest bed is a little squeaky but nothing that is actually bothersome. The noise from the I-40 didn't bother or affect us at all. I loved our stay and would 100% recommend. I'm glad I found this little gem.
