Found dead rats on the roof. The wall paper was coming out, thecwindow were drafty and the heater didn't work.

The Helen Inn was a nice hotel to stay in for our trip to Izmir. The room was pretty quiet, although the noise of the call to prayer at 5am was still audible. Our only gripe was they didn’t offer to clean our room or refill the tea/coffee/water station after we checked in.
The staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was clean and decently sized. Elevator to the upper floor was a blessing

I think it should be Paradise Inn, the name is perfect

A brand new, very nice and very clean family hotel with everything. 5 minutes walking distance to the city center, 10 minutes walking distance to restaurants and the bazaar. They were very helpful with their friendly staff, thank you very much.
