Great place to stay,i stayed in a deluxe room,it was quiet unless ypu opened your patio door.Staff were great.I have no complaints .

The room conditions was very bad and very unhygienic

Specially we we entered in the room it was smelling very bad eventually we call on the reception as well for changing the room but they didn’t, Not cleanl and hygiene at all , It was a bad decision…….

Yes it in the heart of what goes on, but it very noisy at night sometimes till 0330hrs not good of you rise early. Breakfast wasn't what I was expecting.Spam in hot water passed as bacon, eggs fried or omlette, lot's of Thai food if you like noodles & spice coffee very poor. Air cons on rooms noisy shower water only tepid unless you know how to operate the controls!! Staff OK but if you want a drink or coffee better going over the road & they bring to the hotel!!

Keep coming back every year. Not a luxury hotel but clean rooms and friendly staff. Has a relaxed atmosphere but unfortunately no bar or restaurant, but plenty of good eateries in the street.
Negative point was the aircon is too loud

Poor management and cleaning

Cleaning staff are not doing their job checked into one room and opened the toilet to find someone had used it (number 2) and not flushed the toilet upon leaving. A load of small flys came out and the smell was foul.
Turned on the A/C and a load of dust came flying out and very noisy.
Went to reception to ask to change rooms which they did without question. WiFi was poor it kept disconnecting in fact they were no WiFi for the last 2 days of my stay.
Normally stay in 247boutique hotel owned by the same company a lot better quality hotel and cleaning staff. Last time I will be staying here on previous reviews I gave this place 3stars but the place as gone downhill
Then at 10am work started drilling constantly till 3pm right below my room this went on for the 3 nights I stayed there. These works could have been done later during the day when everyone is up and out or when the music starts in the late afternoon, Inconsiderate management for their guest. Security is a bit hit and miss sometimes ask for lady id.
