Hotel is good value for money. Breakfast is average but cheap. We requested for a room upgrade they gave us bigger and better room for free. Pool is nice but a little cold somedays. They don’t charge for additional kids. Overall happy with our stay and will comeback again.

Great stay at Crystal Palace hotel. Complimentary upgrade on my hotel room for Birthday was special and thoughtful. Staff and Service were excellent.

At the quiet end of Naklua (baht bus into city right outside), this was just a 1 night stay on this occasion. Room was in in the back building and was very big room with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Fairly basic decor but no complaints about good value. Extensive breakfast choice. Would I return? Yes and I did come back for a longer stay later on my trip.

V good location and good breakfast given, only drawback is at the time of check-in room not fully clean ed other wise everything fine.

When booking this hotel it has 3 buildings with the buildings at the rear with the pool is the best building to stay in bigger rooms bigger TVs and look as though they were the last to be renovated and are a star above the front building I think rear is superior room and the front is deluxe
Values for money when promotion is on is good value and I have returned many times
