This hotel could use some updating in decor but it is in a great location and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is complete with a safe, refrigerator and a great selection of TV channels. I was very happy with stay.

Flight arrived late so we checked-in almost at mid-night. The counter satff on duty was very unpolite. Such attitude was not in servicing sector. Daytime staff are ok.
The corridor and room were fully carpeted. Taipei has a rainy & humid environment, to carpet the room is an unwise practice. The air in the room was humid, stuffy & mouldy. Such condition triggered my nasal allergy.
The favourable points are the easy access to the nearby MRT station and convience foods.

Terror Hotel

Dust, dirt, bad smell, cockroaches... Horrible, don't even think about going to this hotel because after explaining to the staff the condition of the room, they consider it good according to their criteria.
Additionally, the area is quite unsafe at night.
