The Emperor Hotel is located in the most bustling area of Kaohsiung City, Yancheng District, adjacent to the Love River Scenic Area and Pier-2 Art Center. It took three years and eight months to build. Nearby attractions include: Pier-2 Art Center, Kaohsiung Dagang Bridge (the only rotating bridge in Taiwan), Shoushan Zoo, Sizihwan, Cijin Coastal Park, British Consulate, Marine Culture and Pop Music Center, Film Museum, Music Hall, etc. It is close to the exit of Yanchengpu MRT Station, with convenient transportation.

Nice and modern hotel

Location is around 5mins walk from Metro station, there are convenience shops and eating places around the hotel.
Staff is great and allowed me to check in earlier at 12noon. The room is big and modern. No deposit is needed. Kindly note that to save the environment, no toiletries and slipper provided. No cabinet and hook for hang clothes also limited.
Breakfast is ok and mostly are Asian food. The breakfast is from 7am to 10am. Wifi connection is ok. There is self service laundry at B1 level. It is free and complimentary.

I really enjoyed staying at Q21 Hotel. The staff was very helpful. My room was extremely clean. The hotel offered free use of the laundry facilities. The Kaohsiung MRT was only a 5 minute walk away. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Good basic hotel with very good location. On our Taiwan trip this was the only hotel where the water temperature in the shower was easy to adjust. The breakfast is small but has good quality ingredients. There was some noise from the street outside and from other rooms but nothing too drastic. On this price range this is a good quality hotel and I would recommend this.

Hotel is super convenient located at 5 min from MRT, plenty of places to eat around. the room was amazing, super big and comfortable. 2 double beds fitting 4 people without a problem. The room was clean as well as the toilet. In general terms. In general terms super value for money, definitely will recommend. Only suggestion is that the breakfast egg get cold.
