Great Hotel, rooms with kitchen, wonderful hot pool, and decent breakfast July 2024
Rooms/Facilities - Comfortable, clean, nice views of Matterhorn, small equipped kitchen very handy, hot underground pool, that was welcome after hikes. Excellent location, short walk from Zermatt station and from grocery shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was decent, there were hot options (eggs, sausages), cold (Cheese, ham, pickles), and cereals. good quality, but wished they added a little more variety daily.
Staff- Front desk team were very welcoming and provided great tips for sightseeing and hiking (Paola was vert informative).
Would definitely stay here again. Zermatt is a beautiful place to explore and close to hiking and sightseeing, with excellent transportation.
