2 night bed and breakfast stay was wonderful and largely due to the staff at hotel being so wonderful.
Reception staff were all brilliant and supportive and could not have been more helpful.
The room was upgraded on arrival and the hotel is fantastic value for money.
The breakfast was superb including sparkling wine and evening included free snack and refreshments.

Love The Uma Suites
Uma Suites was a perfect spot for a short stay in Sevilla. The location is great for the shopping precinct and there are also other streets nearby that have excellent eating places, as well as an interesting market hall, Mercado de Arenal. That is also a place where you can get laundry done, quickly and efficiently, but remember to bring at least five 1 Euro coins as the machines don't take cards.
The front desk were super helpful and went out of their way to provide different dining options and general advice. We can confirm that their options were excellent and just down the street, one of them, La Cayetana, does a very good paella. There is a happy hour, which we didn't make use of, but the area set aside for it is nicely laid out. In addition, there is a rooftop which when the days are longer, would be a lovely spot to wile away the hours.
The rooms were spacious and the bed most comfortable. There was a little bit of street noise in the later part of the evening, but nothing crazy and it is Spain after all. The shower was good too and really, the only issue we had was calibrating the air conditioning. It was very difficult to get what felt like the right temperature and it was either just a little cool or a little warm. More seasoned users would probably have no issues and it could easily be user error too. In any event, it wouldn't stop us staying there again and it gets our strong recommendation.

The location is good. The property is dated. Our first night, the bathroom shower flooded the bathroom floor. We were given a different room for the next 4 nights but not given anything for our inconvenience. There is one key per room that needs to be left at the front desk every time you leave the premises. While the desk is manned 24h, the front desk person was not always present and would require us to wait or look for the person, at most 1-2min but still an inconvenience. We had a jr suite with an old sofa bed, which was uncomfortable. Overall, ok for the location but inconvenient place to stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious. Many restaurants close and the river walk nearby.
