So good we’re coming back

We enjoyed it so much we’re going back again it’s a lovely clean resort very friendly and helpful staff just enjoyed it so we’re coming back this year the entertainment staff were really friendly and helpful as we’re the representative from TUI

POOR SERVICE

The room was beautiful, but the staff was untrained and unhelpful. Waited 30 minutes for room service, and when it arrived, it was cold and wrong, long waits at reception, no assistance with luggage, and the room wasn’t cleaned properly, Disappointing

October stay

We stayed for a week in October and really enjoyed our stay. Es Cana is a beautiful resort and the Caribe is right in the centre of it.
The rooms were clean and tidy, a good base for a weeks stay.
The food was ok, a bit repetitive, but we always managed to find something to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful and everywhere was kept clean. The entertainment was a bit hit and miss, but it was the end of the season. Not a massive amount for kids to do, but again, this could have been as things were starting to wind down.
Overall a good hotel with a great location.

All positive!

The hotel is located in a good position to go to visit the town and to reach the beach.
It is a very nice and welcoming hotel, with large rooms and where the staff is very helpful.
The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and equipped with air conditioning, mini fridge, safe, television and wi-fi.
Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style, where you can always find a wide assortment of food, drinks are also included.
For me and my husband it was a positive experience and that is why we recommend it.

Fine for a holiday in the sun

Average Spanish hotel with no major issues
Food options for lunch and dinner was very limited , I am guessing this was due to end of season and not many people in the hotel. The hotel was clean and nice. Five minutes to walk to beach. Would be a great hotel in main summer season
