Super well located and quiet
Hotel very well located, in front of the beach, just separated from it by the train line; however has a private access tunnel to the beach.
Although it is a five-star hotel requires some updates.
Staff super friendly and attentive to our needs. Whenever I asked for something for my 3-year-old daughter was taken care of, except that on the last day there were no vegetable yogurts at breakfast).
The reception area is beautiful at this time of year, all embellished with the magic of Christmas: NICE!
Breakfast: was good, but would ask for more than a five-star hotel. There was only one machine to make pancakes on the weekend, why not every day? They should have a season to prepare something on time (starred eggs, pancakes, crepes). Little bread variety and no gluten-free options, as well as little variety in the fruit that was always the same. My congratulations for the existence of various vegetable beverage options (ave, soy, rice, almond).
The outdoor pool needs to be cleaned, because despite being winter, being heated and on a sunny day can be used.
Indoor pool with good ambient, although water could be a little warmer. Floor of the indoor pool very slippery.
Great welness area, with the extra of having a dryer of bathrobes, bikinis and toucas (mandatory in the indoor pool). Turkish bath, laconium, ice zone sauna, steam bath. Otherwise, there are separate welness zones for men and women, which prevents us from enjoying it as a family.
Gym: of the most complete I've seen to date. Really fantastic. And it's best if it opens at 7 a.m. I trained alone to see the beach.
Hotel has a toy room, however it needs to be updated, with old toys and parties. The room was always closed, and it was necessary to request a key to be opened.
Rooms a little hot, but nothing that the air conditioning couldn't solve. In my opinion they need more illumination. WC with dryer, shampoo, gel and others (cotton sheets, sheets, bathtub, soap, sewing kit).
Hotel has bicycles, however they are a little outdated, and it would be important to provide children's chairs to put in them, as a family with a small child, we could not use them.
Super quiet hotel, with super relaxing atmosphere, I also believe for the time we went.

No max. 4* forced, multi-level degradation
Without the high expectations, they were still scammed on several levels:
From reception to simple wifi it seems that nothing works or fails often, the degradation is visible from the bathrooms to the simple small that is even simple for a 5**** , confused and even at some points with a residential organization. The reason for a slightly more affordable price that they present attract all kinds of non-usual guests of 5* hotels... It does not justify a stay that one wants and demands quiet only.

Lack of cordiality and hospitality on the part of the reception
We did not stay in this hotel, but since it was night and we were not nearby, we asked the gentlemen receptionists if we could park the car in the park outside the hotel, which we were received with laughter and almost contempt.
Between a few or almost no words, we were told that it was hotel exclusive (which of course, I am not criticizing, they are rules) but could be a little more humble, smiling and have more empathy.
I already knew the hotel because of hearing about players and presidents staying in it, but with this situation I realized that this hotel should only treat well or be friendly to them. I will never stay or recommend such a hotel. 0 hospitality, 0 cordiality.
Instead of a welcoming and professional attention, I felt an indifferent and unhelpful attitude, something that is not expected from an establishment of this level.
Hospitality is one of the fundamental pillars of hospitality, and reception should reflect this commitment from the first contact with guests, customers or even, any being. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

It really doesn't deserve five stars.
Very disappointed for:
-Morning/evening room placeholder at restaurant arrogant and disrespectful attitude because we did not play with our credit card and payment for all drinks
-the state of the passage to the beach for a 5 stars not at all deserved
-Spring mattress filthy bedding and said 5 stars l hotel
-air conditioning too cold we report them all sick results to end the week
-room cleaning bof and condition carpet dirty and stained
-swimming pool and outdoor and indoor aging and very slippery
