Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Due to state fire regulations, guests may not exceed the stated occupancy for each room type. Please note, guests under 25 years will be charged a one-time nonrefundable fee of USD $50. Our per-night resort fee is charged at check-in. Resort Fee Schedule March 1 - May 31: $20 plus tax June 1 - July 31: $25 plus tax August 1 - October 31: $20 plus tax November 1 - February 29: $15 plus tax This fee includes parking, Wi-Fi, a 10% food discount at all restaurants, and use of all resort amenities. Please note, if a credit card is not provided at check-in, the property will charge a USD 200 cash deposit for incidentals. Note: On-site parking is limited. Additional parking is available across the street from the property. Resort fee is $19 year round.
