New and clean
We stayed for one night also because here, being a vastly expanding area, there are construction sites everywhere, even around the hotel, we needed it to break up our journey towards the north.

Nasty phone calls from Supervisor
The ensuing several phone calls from a supervisor in Muscat were invading, nasty, and insulting. The employees stated that management deducts non payment from their salary. The local employee and we as guests had to listen to a barrage of questioning from the Muscat office.
Additionally the access to the hotel is a construction mess. At night, you are not sure if you get stuck in the sand.
Never again City Season Hotels or Inns.

Stop on the road
In fact we were looking for a hotel along the road that was comfortable and clean, just right for resting in the evening and leaving again in the morning.
This hotel is very recently built (only 6 months old when we were there), therefore very well kept, but it still lacks a paved road to reach it. For us who arrived at night it was not easy to understand how to get there, even though we saw the illuminated sign.
If you pass by Duqm in the evening, stop to sleep here, otherwise continue straight on.
