In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals from 19:00 until 00:00, while check-in between 00:00 and 03:00 costs EUR 70. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that construction work is going all over the Malta as well as in buildings nearby and/or adjacent to us (depending on the timing) and some units may be affected by noise, the level of noise may be different and depends on the works which are being done. An online pre check-in registration form must be filled in before the property can proceed with scheduling the check-in appointment.
