Run by Horrible People!!!!

We booked the property by booking with credit card as a deposit. Arrived at the structure we are told that the structure is full and can not accommodate us. I call booking to tell the story and let me find another hotel, booking contacts the structure and they tell me "looks told me that the room is available and waiting for '", I call the structure and ask for explanations, they tell me that the room is not there and give me the number of a certain Francesco. I call Francesco horrible person, I hear myself say, look I do not have the room but I will never tell Booking not to have it because I can not pay 1000 € of penalties. He wanted to cancel the Reservation saying that my card was not valid, going against all the booking rules, moreover when I start to insist on making me cancel the Reservation with the right motivation, "so that booking could find me another accommodation in the area", starts with threats from him saying to be good and find me a place to stay because I was under his house and I could get hurt, I sent him to show up in person but he never accepted. Finally contact booking and I manage to cancel the Reservation, in the meantime it is 21.30 in the evening and we had nowhere to sleep.
Obviously it will follow letter from the lawyer with a claim for compensation for the inconvenience created by a despicable person.

CANCELLATION BOOKING AT THE LAST MINUTE

Total lack of seriousness and professionalism. Booked through Booking, providing only payment at the property. The reservation was cancelled at the last minute, on the pretext that the card was not valid, without giving the possibility to insert another. As it happens, while canceling my reservation, the hotel had no more rooms available.
Regardless of the inconvenience caused, they think only of profiting on tourists, seeing them as lemons to be squeezed. I do not recommend, in order to avoid inconveniences like mine.

For a relaxing holiday

Quiet and relaxing hotel near the sea with a family atmosphere, courtesy and availability are the strong point of the management. If I were to look for something negative, I would say that the breakfast could be more oriented towards local products. Would I go back? Surely

Sejour agreable. La terrasse est vraiment un plus. Peu de possibilite de restauration autour hors saison. Gallipoli à voir. Machine à laver appréciable
