Location is excellent, the reception went above and beyond to help in anything I needed. The room is a bit small if you have 2 large luggages. Balcony is nice!

A little challenging to find, but the hotel rooms themselves were nicely appointed and clean and located in a great location. Safe and centrally to many ships, restaurants and scenic sites.

Great hotel

So nice and clean hotel with amazing staff, especially catherina, it is great to have everyday housekeeping, nice decoration with gold details, first time I found slippers in a europen hotel, in the middle of all the attractions, in the middle of shopping street, after checkout they have anice service to keep your luggages and also you have a place to have shower etc

This hotel is in an EXCELLENT location! It is very clean and perfect to go back to for resting and a good nights sleep. It’s a bare minimum hotel. No amenities, no room service, no breakfast buffet, etc. The front desk staff was very helpful, very kind and efficient. For the price you may be able to find somewhere with more amenities however, prices are a bit higher everywhere during the holiday season. One thing I would say is if you can’t carry your luggage or have a hard time with steps this would be tough. There is an elevator to a certain floor except for where we were had our room. Overall recommend this hotel! I cannot stress enough that the location is excellent, it’s clean, safe and friendly staff!
