Call the NAS

I'll start by saying I should have called NAS about the conditions here. And then I was supposed to call the police about the scam I suffered. I walked into this place last night at 6:00 p.m. and escaped today at 1:00 p.m. I had booked for three days but it really is an unhealthy place. Entering comes that filthy stench of those who never let the rooms ventilate. I’m not a picky guy but there was so much dust in my room that it seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I paid 180€ on arrival for three nights in a room that no one warned me was on the fourth floor without a lift. Let's just say because I have a disability it wasn't really a nice surprise. I go up and find a gentleman in his 60s in his underwear wandering between the shared bathroom, kitchen and corridors. I enter the room and the dust can be felt in the air, a broken fan is the only way to cool off but I am forced to keep it off because of the filth and dust visible to the naked eye. Since we were talking about shared bathrooms on the floor, to be exact 2, I imagined they were cleaned more than once a day, since it was used by several people. But the “gum” in the toilet of which I will attach photos, was there even today at 12:30. I thought because I arrived on a Sunday night maybe the cleaning lady is rightly absent, but the bathroom I repeat still sucked at 12:30. I went to the communal kitchen to put a bottle of water in the communal fridge but inside I found a garbage can as well as an unbreathable smell. I decide to go back to my room and try to rest but the dust is so strong that I had to take cortisone for the allergy. Going out to meet the gentleman of the NBC I had met when I arrived. I report what happened and it is justified by saying that the place is ventilated and a lot of dust flies. Without asking me if I wanted to clean the room or if I wanted a refund since I was forced to change Bnb. He justified himself by saying maybe I should find a place with less dust outside the center. Even if everything knew less than center that place. In short, a real scam. Places like this should shut them down because they're really indecent. 180€ stolen. Really stolen. Thieves

For one night...

Very cheap hotel (2 rooms for 4 to 65 euros with breakfast included)
At this price you should not expect luxury ... l hotel is clean including shared toilets
Only flat shower or a small trickle of water does not allow a soothing shower ...
