The very best hotel in Milan!

We simply loved everything about the Grand Hotel!... The quality of the service, the attentions, the help we received. Above all, we loved the fact that the Hotel decided to keep its historical character, unlike other places that now resemble airport hotels. The Hotel decor is sumptuous and the room was very comfortable with many pillows and a gorgeous marble bathroom.

The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location for shopping. They helped us with transportation on Christmas and provided 5 star service. We would come back. Its a beautiful boutique hotel.

A wonderful discovery

Structure of great charm, impeccable staff, prepared and now rare grace. After a ballet at La Scala, dinner at Don Carlos and overnight stay at this hotel will be the natural continuation. Verdi lived here for 27 years, until his death, and other incredible characters crossed these spaces, where even today the most famous arias echo..Art, beauty and history are, to date, the only true luxury. exceptional experience

I've stayed in several hotels, but this is definitely the best, for cleanliness, kindness, comfort, location. From the beginning, Miss Erica, whom I thank publicly, was exceptional, kind, precise, full of useful information. The room is spectacular, clean, really you breathe the history in this place. Breakfast was great, varied, impeccable service.

The best hotel in Milan

It’s Christmas at the Grand hotel, a fantastic ambient, warm and welcoming
On my check in, in this wonderful hotel I was greeted by smiling faces and Mr Donati personally greeted me, so thankyou
Check in was swift and stress free
My room was perfect and very clean.facilities working no problems!
Lunch was relaxing and the food divine, service excellent.
What can I say? I highly recommend this hotel and will be most definitely be returning, it’s just a shame my stay passed soo quickly!
5 stars and more!!!
