Calm without exaggerating

Excellent location 5 minutes from the town. The appointment, clean, spacious and comfortable, consisted of a large living room with equipped kitchen and sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom. The view from the room on the nearby hills is beautiful. Excellent welcome and very good breakfast with homemade cakes and jam. The price is excessively low in relation to what is offered. The only flaw, if you want to nitpick, is the shower, a little small. I was sorry not to be able to enjoy dinner, given that the restaurant was closed on the day.

Excellent accommodation!

A perfect accommodation for us. Nice view, good room and nice reception. The hostess did everything to make our stay great! Within an hour's drive to Ancona, Perugia and Rimini. The breakfast was very good!

Excellent lunch, will return

We had lunch at this farmhouse with friends on Easter Monday. The food is good, homemade cappelletti and ravioli, excellent cured meats such as baked potatoes and vegetables. Nice place, very friendly staff. I will definitely return

Bad experience at the restaurant: encouraged by the lunch for two, we decided to return with the family.
Very poor starter.
First with the duck sauce and chopped bones that we risked drowning in.
Second mediocre.
In response to our complaint, we received a botched justification.
We will never go there again

Peccato non averlo scoperto prima…

Siamo stati a pranzo per la festa del papà in questo posto che ci era stato consigliato ma che non avevamo mai sentito… peccato non averlo scoperto prima perché davvero un posto con cibo di ottima qualità a km zero con personale gentile, disponibile e prezzo assolutamente competitivo! Torneremo presto perché ci siamo trovati davvero bene e per quello che abbiamo mangiato… abbiamo speso davvero poco! Qualità/ prezzo top!!! A presto
