Marvellous setting for a wedding - they won’t let you down

We visited this lovely establishment for a wedding. The location is a little isolated and there were no taxis in the nearby town of Asciano and getting there was a problem. Once there one could not be charmed by this old village which is now a hotel/wedding venue.
The standard of the accommodation is second to none and the staff were fantastic. You did not notice the staff but they were there in the background ready to assist when needed. The wedding itself was fantastic and even though rain threatened the hotel met this challenge with good grace and alacrity when dinner had to be moved indoors.
May I say the canopes were the best I have ever been served as we waited for dinner - which for a wedding meal was far better than I been served in Britain.
Well done Borgo Casablanca you were great!

Nice hotel Poor service

The hotel, the location of the view actually beautiful but you can't enjoy it if the service is just unfriendly. It was 15 degrees. you asked if you can heat you got directly a bad look. There was only one who was very likeable and that was the doorman. The food was ok but you don't necessarily want to order 3 times and that in Italian. (Not understood, excited, and demotivated)

Hello I reply you in English I hope to understand. In Italy in September for the Italian law we cannot turn on the heating till the half of October but you had the wool blanket into the wardrobe and you arrived from north and you have other national law.
I am sorry but my Staff told you of the blanket. My Restaurant is very good and you are the only person that complained.
I think you asked it in rude manner - right?

AUGUST 2023 WEEKEND

We had our wedding at Borgo Casabianca in August 2023, and everything was exceptional! We didn't have a wedding planner but the help and experience of the staff here made everything run seamlessly. We cannot thank Annamaria and all of the team for everything they did for us - we're forever grateful. Our guests had the BEST time!!!! It is the most beautiful venue with incredible views everywhere you turn, with exceptional food and service. Thank you so much for giving us a perfect weekend

Cute Place, Great Grounds, Excellent Food and Sunset View

My wife and I stayed here while on tour with Backroads. We loved the place; our room was cozy and historic with a great review out of the front windows. The grounds are fun to explore; there is a LOT of old farm and related equipment that was fun to look at and try to figure out. Our outdoor dinner was well done and the olive oil tasting we had beforehand was very interesting. To top it off the outdoor eating area faces west…and we had an amazing sunset to enjoy. I would stay here again.
