Bunratty Castle Mews B&B is quietly located a little off the road, but following this road takes you directly to Bunratty Castle and Folkpark in just a few minutes. There are other good transport links to Limerick and Shannon Airport. From there we drove on to the famous Cliffs of Moher, which can be reached in an hour.
The B&B has ample parking in front of the house. In the front garden there are various seating options and a smoking pavilion.
The room was equipped with all amenities and lovingly decorated. There was even a small fridge with free water. In addition, there was the possibility of making coffee and tea. And there was a fan.
The rooms are individually decorated and each has its own theme, just as I could see with a block into another room.
Breakfast is served buffet style and the choice is really quite large for a B&B. So if you can't find anything there, you probably can't be helped.
We only stayed here once, but I would definitely stay there again.

Top, top, top!
Very nice address close to the castle and pubs (excellent food!). The house is superb. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom welcoming. Fridge, microwave and massage chairs are available. Excellent breakfast. Dolores is a charming and very available host.

Great place with amazing hospitality
Based on the reviews I wasnt sure what to expect for our three day stay. Yes the rooms are small however we were only in them to sleep. Delores was wonderful, she allowed me to use her clothes line to dray my clothes, she checked on them and moved them around to catch the sun...the area is wonderful and we walked into town a few times. this is a must place to get the real taste of Irish hospitality. Breakfast was brilliant

Unusual Guest House with Themed Rooms
Unusual Guest House with Themed Rooms - we were in the Audrey Hepburn room with pictures including one with her blowing bubble gum on a cushion.
Here were all the usual items including wifi but it made the room a bit too cluttered. Nevertheless we coped and enjoyed every minute
