You can enjoy fun things in one hotel

One of the best hotel in Kendari. There are many restaurants, cafe or lounge here. Many entertainment in one hotel. What I like most is their hospitality, they provide some sport shoes for the gym, even their gym room is small but not many people there. Breakfast venue is located beside the pool, fun and calm view. The room is clean and spacious. I arrive at 1am and my Agoda booking doesn’t appear yet in their system, but they help me check-in smoothly. Will definitely stay here again.

Ok but not great

Hotel room is comfortable, clean and spacious. One problem, the light over the refrigerator didn’t have a switch to turn it off and after I’d searched everywhere, I asked somebody to come and help me find the switch. No switch, so we had to tape a piece of paper over the light, which was to way too bright to sleep.
Next time, I’ll stay in the Swiss Belhotel down the road

The room & service is excellence. Ambiance, breakfast, & facility very good. will come back sooner. Really family friendly & located in the center point of kendari. Also they have a nice employee that give comfort & really nice experience.

Great Hotel for stay

Good service and great place for stay at Kendari. Stayed for one night and all the staff are kind. We have a room that had a beautiful view. If i comeback here i'll choose Claro Hotel for stay and enjoy my trip. Its a great time to plan my holiday and stay here again. Thank you
