Nothing short of spectacular

Exceptional experience at Vivanta Jammu, Taj Group never disappoints. Beautiful Property, blissful view of gurudwara from our room. Welcomed with refreshing drinks and kachori. Dinner at Mint restaurant was soulful. Chef served us desserts on the house. Staff is polite, welcoming and told us about the splendid Jammu.

Excellent experience, best hotel in Jammu

Could book the room with ease on Tata Neu App, for a good deal. Had a smooth check in, the staff especially Mr Shashank was very helpful. He gave us a nice room, the pool was clean and the water was nice and warm
Me and my family had a great time next to the pool. All the housekeeping staff were courteous and prompt in extending services whiche ever we requested. The morning buffet b'fast was extensive, sumptuous and well.laid out. The restaurant staff was very quick and helpful in attending to us, clearing the used plates. The chef did a good job in serving us hot and fresh south indian, eggs and other dishes. Overall it was a great experience staying in Taj Vivanta Jammu, thanks a lot

Best experience in such a tough situation

We visited on 9th May 2025 during a very sensitive time, and we’re truly grateful for the warmth and support we received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt calm, safe, and cared for throughout our time there.
A special shoutout to Lokesh, Karun, Rajat, Gopal, Mansi, and Komal for their kindness and attentiveness. Mansi, in particular, was a comforting presence for all the women present — thank you for making us feel so at ease.
Huge thanks to the F&B team for bringing everything together seamlessly, and to the entire Vivanta team for their incredible hospitality. We appreciate you all.

After arrival the hospitality was much appreciable along with the cleanliness ... over all experience was good ... delicious food and prompt service with a smiley faces. . Liked and will highly recommended... liked very much...nice stay and memorable one
