Waste of money!
Detailed feedback is as follows:
A) Location : This hotel is about few kilometers outskirts of Alibag city center. If you are not planning to keep a vehicle with you, getting autos etc would be very inconvenient. To the credit of hotel staff, with about 45 minute's notice, staff helps you with getting auto rickshaws at the hotel entrance. The location is an average one.
B) Room Service : Most Pathetic and practically no one was there to take care of service needs despite 5 to 7 reminders.
C) Food : Breakfast with lots of follow up was available at 930am. Breakfast menu was also very limited. No proper arrangements for lunch or dinner as well.
D) Rooms : The only silver lining during our stay was that rooms are quite spacious and airy.
I would like to mention Mr. Baban, Mr. Datta Patil and Mr. Swapnil for their support wherever they could as a saving grace for this hotel.
Clearly, thumbs down for Hotel Sahyadri...
