Reception Services are not 24/7 available. There are no meals offered at the property. When going out sightseeing, ask the tour desk first for advice. Rent a car for longer excursions. Good and reasonably priced

We were staying here only for a night. It's a small hotel, pretty new, at the edge of small town Perea, which is in fact Thessaloniki suburbs.
There's free parking in front and aside the building. Hotel is pet friendly which was important to us. No reception, but you get email and code from the owner to access your room.
Room is very small, but clean and had no issues for one night. Small balcony overlooking the sea which was nice. Bathroom with toiletries and small fridge.
Nearest beach is 10 min walk to the left.

Very nice room , beautiful view

Very nice clean hotel beside the sea , I recommend it for people who want to visit the place and enjoy the city .
Thessaloniki is very nice city , full of goy , good food and perfect friendly people everywhere.

If you short on budget…

Location is not so great, about 500 meters from the beach.
The room was clean with clean towels. The tiny bathroom has very little space between the open shower and the toilet.
Mini bar stands next to the head of the bed.
Although we were two people there was only one little shampoo tube.

Great family run hotel

I have just returned after a very pleasant 12 day stay at the Perea hotel. The check in was speedy and efficient, the breakfast times and arrangements along with the WiFi code were given and I was shown to my room. I had a room on the second floor with a sea view and I found it to be more than adequate for my needs. There is a balcony with a table and chairs and is a very nice place to sit looking towards the sea. There is a small fridge in the room, a hair dryer and amenity kits, as well as air conditioning. The breakfast is served buffet style on the third floor, where you can choose to eat inside or outside on the terrace. There is plenty of choice which alters most days along with fruit juices and tea and coffee. I found all the staff to be friendly, helpful and courteous. Any questions I had were answered straight away and they all have a wide knowledge of the area of places to see and things to do. There is a wide choice of good taverna's just a 5 minute walk away and the local shopping area a 10 minute walk. I would recommend the ferry trip to Thessaloniki which takes 50 minutes and the hotel has the timetable, and costs 3.50 Euro's each way. You will be met at reception by Pluto the dog and Marco the parrot and both are very friendly and love their role in meeting the guests! I was very pleased and so much so I am looking at returning next year.

Decent hotel for quick stay

Stayed here for a night before an early flight. Small room but adequate. Toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room was nice. Fridge in room. Not too expensive either. Easy checkin and check out. Called a taxi for us too.
