PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. Please book this hotel at your own risk.
Secondly, we were 2 couples and we had booked the same category of rooms but during the time of check-in one of us got a bigger room and the other couple got a much smaller room. So small, there wasn’t space to open a single suitcase.
Upon mentioning the same at the reception, the lady suggested we should wait for a day and she will change the room for the couple. This was really shocking that how could 2 rooms of the same category be so different in size.
Thirdly, one of the rooms we had between the 2 couples, the water was so cold on day 1 that we couldn’t even brush our teeth or wash our face, and when we complained about the absence of hot water, I don’t know what did they do, but we were out of cold water completely. And there was only hot water supply and so hot that it burned our bodies!
I had to take a shower, brush my teeth and wash my face in the other couple’s bathroom.
Oh, and our bathroom was STINKING. They have put their exhaust is such a way that the bad smell never leaves the bathroom (it feels their drainage is smelling and the smell is being released in the bathroom).
Cherry on the top, THEY DON’T EVEN GIVE WATER BOTTLES FOR THE ROOM, nor glasses! I asked for a few glasses and they gave me disposable, plastic ones. And we had to buy our own water bottles from the super market.
What the hell! I have honestly never experienced this at any hotel. And if this was suppose to be a motel, they should have mentioned it clearly everywhere (starting with their name).
We had a really bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here!
