Wonderful.
Very comfortable bed, large bathroom, with simple but well maintained equipment.
Breakfast really good and plentiful.
Access to the sea directly from the property.

Dirty: avoid!
Cleanliness: we arrived on Sunday and they cleaned the room (badly) only on Wednesday.
To have two changes of towels we had to ask us.
The Venetians remember the period of Ottoman domination.
Sheets and pillows bear various stains.

Not bad, but they can do better.
The rooms aren't special, but you're okay. Need to pay a little more attention to the cleaning, the bathroom was not clean and had to clean it ourselves.
They should also pay more attention to breakfast. The disks were empty most of the time so we ate what we found without anyone interested in filling them.
Generally expensive for what it offers, 100€ the night the double do not say it is economical with the above mentioned.

Terrace facing the sea.
Comfortable and clean room.
Very spacious bathroom and shower
The breakfasts of Christian and Nathalie) (very friendly and French-speaking) are gargantuan, original and delicious (unfortunately on the day of my departure the formula switched to a traditional continental buffet, which takes away from the charm of this family place that I particularly appreciated) .
Sufficient swimming pool area for the limited number of rooms (and that's very good).
Easy access to major roads but car necessary if you don't want to stay stuck at the residence every day.
Convenient supermarket 750 meters away
