I arrived 9pm and notice on the door to call for help. Lucky I had friends who dropped me and spoke German so I was able to get key to enter. Not safe for single person to go through that but thankfully I know the area

Very central just outside the old town

Takes approx. 10 minutes to go there from the train station and is easy to find. There is a huge shopping center next door. Please note that the hotel is not staffed 24 hours a day. The room itself was ok and was what it should be. Was very soundproof, so you couldn't hear anything from the other rooms. The staff were friendly. Would stay there again if I came to Kiel another time.

Disappointing..

Staff on their own and not up to the task of relating to the customer, old and not clean room, high price in the lack of services and impossibility of securing bicycles in a covered and safe space: this is why we are very dissatisfied with this accommodation..
