Amazing location!

Perfect location, quick access to the most amazing points of the city.
Stays next to shopping, restaurants and cafes.
Enormous room, with coffee and water available daily, heating in the bedroom and bathroom.
One note is that it is not possible to stop the car in front of the hotel, because it is in front of the area without traffic of vehicles.
But it has underground parking with an exit right in front.
We also find it unpleasant that the access ramp is too steep , which can be a problem for older people .
But by the way the stay was perfect!!

Hotel very clean, big rooms , big beds, very friendly at the reception, and especially thank you to Marko, very friendly, he reserved a taxi to the airport and most of all for all the services he give us. Prime location , close to restaurants, malls, and attractions.

Great service and staff

Firstly to the management reading this we were the ones who paid in euro coins and had the Dalmatian, which appears to have been quite the talk and laughter amongst your staff, who were excellent and accommodated us in everything. Clean hotel which does not charge a fee for dogs, very reasonable prices for the area, clean smartly appointed rooms. The breakfast was very nice, despite my hatred of scrambled eggs, but you could want for nothing. There was a coffee shop on the ground floor with absolutely gorgeous dessert. I cannot say anything bad about accommodation, service, or amenities. We will definitely come back as well as my sister and brother in law and kids who were with us. Loved it

This hotel is in the heart of old town. The Christmas markets were just starting to be set up and it was right outside the hotel. The room was large and very comfortable. I booked 2 extra large twins and was surprised with 2 king beds. Privacy was a bit of a factor as I was travelling with a friend. The toilet and the shower had their own little rooms but the shower had no door. Sink and shower wide open. Everything is very walkable from this location. I would definitely stay here again for it’s convenience with the city.

Beware! Location is good, but that is all we can say that is good

What a nightmare to get to this hotel when the Christmas market is on. So we had a great idea, call the hotel and ask what they recommend. However, no answer, ring, ring, ring. We had written the hotel asking for a room with a view of the Christmas market. The reply was....if available, yes. We finally found parking and got to the hotel. They gave us a room, but no view. Went back downstairs, and they said, oh, yes, here is a room with a view. What a view! Fantastic!!!!!!! We could open our windows and smell the sweet smells of gluhwein and the roasting of wursts. HOWEVER, room was not really up to snuff. You get one coffee per person for the entire stay. No refills unless you pay an extra euro per coffee per day that you had to go to the front desk to get. The duvet cover had holes in it. The towels had holes in them. And we only got 3 bath towels, no hand towels. We were to share one bath towel as a hand towel. The cleaning staff never replaced the coffee cups or the water glasses. The shower area is a possible slipping problem, so poorly designed. The carpet on the floor we were on (6th) needs to be replaced. I just got a yucky feeling walking down the hall to the elevator. Speaking of elevators, you have to take one to the reception area and then another one to your floor. Old building, but it does make it difficult. I will say that the men in the reception area were friendly, but the women could barely look at us, when we asked questions about getting to the airport. How dare we bother them. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, as there are many options in the area.
