Hospitality is lived here...
We didn't really expect such a great New Year.
Great hotel where hospitality is lived. The staff in all areas, whether technicians, reception or in service, are always very friendly, motivated and attentive.
The hotel's furnishings are modern and in very good condition. The breakfast and evening buffets are plentiful and delicious. Even as a vegan you don't feel like an outsider or a supplicant.
The rooms are great and the beds are very comfortable. The pool area is large and the outdoor pool in particular is wonderfully warm. Everything is in impeccably clean condition. The fitness area is rather small but the equipment is high quality. We also liked the rather quiet location, so that you can have a break from the daily city traffic.
Nevertheless, there are many restaurants nearby (in Wedisch Rietz and Bad Saarow) and of course the beautiful lake. We felt completely at home and will definitely be back soon.

If you arrive after 9pm you will go hungry!
Dinner consisted of a bottle of water and packet of nuts as there was little else in the shop. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Thanks especially to Martin on the reception desk.
The rooms were ok. There were no coffee or tea facilities and no kettle / fridge. Breakfast wasn’t too bad.
I would warn anyone travelling here to arrive very early, bring a picnic or eat before you arrive. The esplanade round the corner had room service and would have been a better choice.
