Hotels.com should do better job to classify the hotels you put on the platform, it’s not a hotel, it’s like a old school dorms, the facilities are very old and there’s no elevator, only the pro is close to the metro station, the rating on Hotels.com is misleading.

This was the worst experience of my life, that i would regret and never forget. I missed to check reviews while booking as i was in hurry. Later on found but couldn't cancel as it was non refundable. If you combine all previous negative reviews then its correct picture. We got room at 6 15 while checkin time was 3 pm. Cleaning staff uses some pungent chemical for cleaning all surfaces. Same smell in washroom water. Washrooms are tiny and horrible. There are pratically no facilities at all. Shared kitchen is a false claim. Scary narrow stair case. 6 floors and no lift. The photos are entirely wrong. I have never experienced such wrong rating and photos at hotel.com before. There should be an action to ask the owner to provide correct photos and give correct rating. It should be 1.

The room was clean but it had an overwhelming smell of paint and/or bleach. It was not the room in the picture. The hostel receptionist was kind.

We got a room which did NOT look anything like advertised online (Expedia)!! Room was freezing cold, holes in the walls and ceiling, dirty floor and the bathroom. There was description that the rooms are on different floors with no lift. The room which we were given was actually on the 2nd floor- NO LIFT- we were carrying 6 suitcases (2 adults and 2 teenage kids for a moths trip around Europe).
When I went downstairs to rise my concern about the room I was told to email the manager- it was 10PM!!
At the end we had to stay in that freezing cold room for a night (3 degrees Celsia) and the next day we got a different room on the 4th floor - NO LIFT!!- but at least it was warm.
I would never recommend that hotel.

Super uncomfortable the bad, toilet blocked so when we have a shower the entire room become a swimming pool, and everything was dirty on the toilet we found lots of bond hairs but we have black hair so the hair belongs from other person.
