A perfect place to relax in

A wonderful place in the heart of Chartres , the French breakfast is truly unique and the restaurant is so elegant.
The room is also excellent . Only one single comment of missing a water kettle , and a mini-bar or a small fridge. The room is equipped with a Coffee Machine, but still there’s a massive need for a kettle and a minibar.
Staff are more than willing to help and are super friendly.
We did enjoy our stay indeed

A perfect city break hotel

We stayed at the fabulous Hotel Jehan de Beauce for two nights on our way down to the South of France. Chartres is a lovely, quietly vibrant city with picture postcard old buildings and an incredible cathedral well worth a visit for its original gothic architecture and stsined glass windows. The hotel was very good value. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. I payed the €12 per night for secure parking as we had a roof box on top and bikes on the back. Unfortunately, a huge bird left a mess on my car the first night, so I moved it away from the tree. I was delighted to find that staff had cleaned it off for me before we left. They were all so kind, friendly and professional. I have no hesitation recommending Chartres and this great hotel to anyone. Thank you, all!

Parking was a little tricky but maybe because of the weather when we checked in (snow and cold!). The hotel is lovely (our room was fairly small) but great location and nice staff!

Needs to improve !

Low value for money. Mistakes by check in and out. Forced to pay to much in deposit. Gym very poor equipped. Didn't get my cloths back from laundry when I left after 5 days. Not 4 star hotel standard.
If possible find another hotel in Chartres.
