Excellent experience, the staff is really nice and available,
breakfast is complete and quality,
The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
The hotel is very quiet.

Poor location, poor mattress and poor service.

The second bed mattress for the kids fatal. For dinner, you're forced into a super-copious menu with no options for something light. On the reservation indicated free children breakfast and then they have charged it. The very nasty boy. There are other much better options in Carcassonne.

Very good for one night

We stayed one night in this hotel located less than 10 minutes walk from the city. Friendly welcome, we had a room on the butt so quiet. Room, bedding and bathroom to the Ibis Budget standard. Good breakfast.

Bad family experience

We did not sleep all night because of the noise of the mattress of the convertible sofa! It is not possible to offer family rooms with such bedding! Uncomfortable, sounds of springs all night! we didn't sleep and had to go back on the road with a good dose of fatigue! In short, avoid!

A bad experience!

Uncomfortable bedding and a plasticized tile does not improve anything.
Welcome drink, Heineken in beer and only this brand! Why not, but concerning me I do not like.
I didn’t like the awkward words of one of the Inn’s officials.
