A wonderful hotel

This is a wonderful hotel. My wife and I are Hilton Honors members and always stay in Hilton properties. This is one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. We love the historic charm the hotel has, but also has been renovated. The staff was so nice and very attentive to our needs. Our room was relatively small as compared to other hotels in the area, but that’s because it is a historic hotel that was built with what we now consider small rooms. But we expected that and still loved the room. It was on the 12th floor, had the best view of BOTH falls we’ve ever had.
There is no doubt we will be back!

Our non Canadian guests said Canadians are truly kind and helpful. Thank you Brock Hotel. You make us, Canadians proud.

It has already been a month since we’ve received the Brock experience, but the quality of service that we’ve received from the Guest Experience Manager, Adrian Pangilinan will always be remembered. We hosted my husband’s business partner who visited with his family. Adrian attended to our needs with professionalism and desire to help.
A company is only as good as the people it keeps. Adrian did not only make sure that we come back he also made us recommend Brock to our friends and families.

Great boutique Hotel

Really bad service

This Hotel seems to have barely functioning a/c throughout. In our room the a/c was not functioning at all. Their solution was to bring us a small desktop fan. So of course that was unacceptable and what kind of a hotel would do that. I guess Hilton. So I had them switch our room and the a/c was marginally better although hot air was still blowing in through the restroom ceiling vent. They offered me an $100 discount for the inconvenience. My original room that I booked had a Falls view and a Whirlpool tub. The replacement room had a partial falls view and no tub at all and probably goes for less than the discount that they gave me. Don’t ever stay here.
