Glamorous on the outside, but very simple on the inside.

Great location, that's the highlight.
But hospitality leaves nothing to be desired, old bed and bath.
In our opinion it does not offer for the charged value.
It is a pretty big, glamorous hotel on the outside, but on the inside it is all very simple.
Maybe in low season that the rate is lower is a good option

Constructive criticism

The location of the hotel, as well as the service are excellent.
We opted for the full pension scheme. The food is simple but tasty.
We highlight our employees for efficiency, presence, proactivity and sympathy during our hosting:
Lucas (manager), exceptional!
Deivid and Rafael (Reservation/Check-in)
Celso (Maître), spectacular!
Vinícius, Faustino and Mário (waiters)
Negative point:
The cleaning of the room is painful. The furniture, including the bedhead, was super dusty, forcing us to clean them before opening the bags. The floor, then, you don't even talk.
The next day, in the morning, I asked the maid Vanusa to clean the floor she did, immediately.

Family holiday

Excellent location, large dining room, unglamorous but tasty food. Highlight for the variety of desserts. Clean bed linen, good sized room and bathroom. Congratulations to the reception teams, entertainment, waiters and maids.

Good stay in São Lourenço

Very well maintained, a gigantic hotel with several environments, the rooms were very spacious and very clean - The breakfast was well-assorted and had good options - The cornbread was my favorite. Dinner also includes delicious dishes and broths, fruits and good desserts.

Great location, not so great service

It seems they are very large group oriented. We were trave;lling as a family of 3 and stayed for 1 night so we weren't their goal client. Also, there was a "Wine and Cheese" festival in an area close to the lobby on Saturday night. It was too close to our room (310 - North Wing) and the noise was almost unbearable. No acoustics or whatsoever. The en-suite room was fully renovated, which was a plus. Hotel location is great. Close to the city's main attraction, many restaurants and convenience stores.
