Overall good hotel however the midnight snack is a bit deceiving as they did not provide much food. The auntie Guo ShuFen is very nice and provided us with lots of tea and water. Thank you!

Poor hotels in Zhengzhou

1. FOM email is bogus, FOM Bill's email address is left on the website, but no one responded to the advance email negotiation; 2. Without paying attention to Platinum card membership rights, other Novotel and AccorHotels will upgrade suites for Platinum card members when room conditions allow, this Novotel room is especially large and does not rise, so it does not pay attention to the revenue contribution of direct sales channels and the contribution of loyal members; 3. Breakfast is mixed, there is no exclusive breakfast area for members, single menu, not timely replenishment, 9:00 to the restaurant is leftovers; 4. Ballroom takes on the MICE meeting team, runs against public resources, elevator lack of guidance, concierge team is bogus, often waiting in long lines for elevator; 5. Rates are not transparent, OTA agent channel booking shows 300+, not far from the 50% discount of Premium card, BAG appeals no door

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Zhengzhou, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The facilities were top-notch, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Mr. Lee Li at the reception. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable. He was incredibly attentive, professional, and helpful with all my needs, making my stay hassle-free and enjoyable. I am deeply grateful for his support and kindness.

The hotel facilities are old, the air conditioner is not cool at all, and the room is very hot. I found a staff to fix it, but it was useless. In the end, the whole broken electric fan was given to me. No matter what, it was still a five-star hotel. There was a middle-aged man with poor service attitude and treated customers differently.

There was a hole in the body towel. The front desk receptionist is a 4 star who doesn't speak English at all. Unfortunately. I waited for 1 hour to get into the room I reserved because the receptionist did not speak English. And very slowly
