It was first trip to Xian. Actually forth time. But last 3 times visit was just business trip. The hotel located near Bell tower(钟路）really convenience and price also reasonable.

First of all, thank you for choosing to stay at Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Bell Tower North Street. I'm sorry that we didn't bring you a full five-point stay experience. Huanpeng is an international mid-range business brand under the Hilton Group. The hotel rooms are equipped with mattresses patented by Shu Da in the United States, bathroom facilities by Kohler and toiletries by Petrov in the United States. In view of your questions, we will also rectify them as soon as possible, and strive to bring you a more perfect experience next time.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The room itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was a true haven of relaxation after a busy day exploring the city.
Another big plus was the hotel's willingness to accommodate our late check-out request. This flexibility was greatly appreciated, especially after a long trip.
The hotel's location is also unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the city, we were within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions.

No direct access to hotel lobby as there is a bicycle lane right in front of hotel. Cab had to stop further away from hotel entrance and we had to drag our luggage and walk back to hotel. Service is excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Room very spacious and clean. Currently hotel has ongoing renovation (Apr 2024) but the noise didn’t bother us as we were not in hotel during the day. Subway nearby so that is a plus as we used that to bypass the traffic jam outside. You can also choose to walk to the Ancient Wall, Drum and Bell Tower.

Our hotel staff adhere to the service philosophy of friendliness, reliability, care, and comprehensiveness, only providing customers with better quality service. The hotel is located on the main street of Beidajie Street, with both subway and public transportation, making travel very convenient. It is also within walking distance from the scenic spots. Because the hotel gate faces North Street directly, it may be inconvenient for taxis to stop. The hotel has its own parking lot, and next time if needed, you can directly park at the hotel parking lot. We will continue to work hard and strive to do better, and we look forward to your arrival again
