Hotel reception has potential for improvement
The food is reasonable
The point to develop is the reception. The person who was at the check-in did not demonstrate how to listen and cost us to understand what we wanted. At great cost consulted another person and everything resolved.

Experience in Black Gold
Although the hotel is all-inclusive, the meals are quite limited, and the food offer is simple, not meeting the expectations of a higher standard hotel. In addition, non-alcoholic beverages are charged separately, which can be inconvenient. For longer stays, it can become exhausting due to the repetition and simplicity of meals, which more resemble a 3-star hotel. For example, breakfast in a mining town does not offer a variety of cheeses typical of the region; instead, sliced cheeses, common in supermarkets, are served, which can be a disappointment for those who expected something more typical of the region.
Another negative point is the gym, which has old, broken equipment and poor maintenance, which compromises the quality of physical activities on site. The spa area is also not up to expectations: the environment is not inviting and needs urgent reform to modernize and provide a true experience of relaxation and well-being to guests.
Despite its great potential, the hotel needs to improve in many aspects, from the quality of services and food to the modernization of infrastructure, so that it can offer an experience consistent with what is promised to visitors.

Disappointment
Reception is nasty, inexperienced and nothing friendly. You're not even welcomed with a smile. Face tied to receive you and at the time of farewell too.
I arrived at the 14hs of a 5th, and asked if I could not get into the apartment a little earlier to change clothes, as I should wait until 15hs. The hotel was with very low occupation, I believe it had not even 20% occupied, but they said that precisely my room was not ready. The building I was staying in was with most of the rooms empty, so I didn’t have to stay right here. A very antipathetic attitude. After denied I said that I would like to eat something because we arrived from the trip without lunch, so they said that I could go to the pool area that would have a bar with snacks. To my surprise, there were no employees because they were having lunch.
Another point that bothered me a lot was the food. Dinner had good salads and desserts, but main dish a pity. Hard and dried meat, plus ice cream. Frozen rice, fish and fried potatoes. Details, I went to dinner at 20:15hs.
Lunch time wanted to eat a snack, fillet with fries that was offered, but the meat was never a fillet, hard and dry. Oh, bad. Good breakfast.
In short, a disappointment. When I arrived in space I thought about going back with my whole family, but given what I went through, I don't want to go back. A shame!
