Excellent hôtel. La chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné était un peu désuète mais très spacieuse et propre avec une machine à café, bouilloire, sèche-cheveux et une grande télévision. Des portes doubles s'ouvraient sur un petit balcon pour se tenir debout. Les lits sont confortables. Il semble que certaines chambres ont été mises à jour.
La nourriture était excellente. Large choix de Petit-déjeuner comprenant fruits frais, céréales, yaourts, charcuterie et fromage, saumon fumé. Œuf brouillé/frit, bacon/saucisse autrichienne et pâtisseries chaudes.
Les repas du soir sont un choix de trois options que vous choisissez au Petit-déjeuner en marquant le menu. Les choix sont viande, poisson et végétarien. Les entrées sont soupe, charcuterie, pain, fromage et salade. Le désert est un type de gâteau ou de glace. Le même tableau vous est attribué toute la semaine.

Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. J'ai vu des critiques du personnel être grossier, mais je n'ai rien vu de tel.
Sauna et piscine est bon avec des chaises longues à l'extérieur. Le sauna est propre et bien rangé. Vous pouvez porter un maillot de bain dans le sauna et le hammam si vous le souhaitez!
Un bus arrive en ville toutes les demi-heures ou vous pouvez emprunter un sentier panoramique. Revenir à pied à l'hôtel est un entraînement!
La carte d'été est un excellent avantage.
L'accès aux téléphériques jusqu'au schmitenhoe se trouve à 2 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons eu un excellent séjour.

Racistes, tricheurs. Personnel pathétique
Ce sont des Indiens racistes.
Nous a trompé 500 euros.
Prestations de 3 ème classe
Mauvais personnel d'entretien ménager.
Les gars ne vont jamais dans cet hôtel.

Nice hotel
It is a nice hotel but not special. The suite wasn't big, the shower stunk.
The food is tasty but not high quality.
The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Often buffet where everyone is grabbing and with their hands on everything. Promised apres ski is not there

I cannot share the sometimes very negative reviews here. Rooms were large, nice and clean. Friendly staff, good selection at buffet. Especially the served dinner was a dream and the location was hard to beat anyway. ❄️❄️

Disappointment, the value for money makes you feel ripped off
The hotel does not deserve four stars and the Wellness Center feature certainly not
The wellness center consists of a room with pool, a small, old sauna and a steam cabin without relaxation area or sufficient sunbeds
In the room with the pool there was mold on the wall, for such a big hotel there was only a sauna where the lights were broken and the floorboards were fragile and the steam room did not look inviting
With wellness you want a clean ambience to feel good, here the opposite was true
The rooms were absolutely cheeky for a price per night of 520,- Euro for a double room, as they were more like a youth hostel
On arrival there was a cable from the previous guest in the bathroom and the beard stubble on the side
Even though I hung out the cleaning sign every day, the hair remained until departure, so it was clear that the cleaners were just folding the duvet
The shower cubicle was cramped and mold on the ceiling
There were no clean areas for storage
The curtains and lampshades were stained
But the biggest imposition was the sagging beds, where you lay as if in a sinkhole and had difficulty sleeping
For drying wet clothes there were only two hooks in the bathroom
There was a dirty fridge, but there were no drinks in it
Culinary it was also far from the level of other accommodation at the price
At breakfast there were fruit juices from a vending machine that tasted artificial and leftovers from the dinner the day before were still on the ground, as you can see from the last photo
In the evening there was a buffet that seemed indiscriminately lumped together from various leftovers and unthought-out
On one evening, the mineral water from
The waiters seemed understaffed and overwhelmed
There is only a small lift for the huge hotel, which was partially broken and could not travel to all floors
The few parking spaces are in a narrow inclined position and were not covered
A highlight was also when we wanted to have a drink on Saturday evening in the bar, which was closed however
Due to the great location on the slopes, it was not possible to have a drink in the area instead and in the hotel there was otherwise no possibility
The location on the slopes – you still had to walk, directly to the hotel you could only drive from the baby slope
There was no impression at all that anyone cared about the guests
The staff did not speak German and did not know about the surroundings
However, I am aware that the blame is not on the untrained staff left alone, but on the floors above
Other, equally angry guests lined up at the reception and left in part seduced, so you are clearly not alone in this perception
