Hotel NH que no esta a la altura del servicio habitual de NH
Lors de notre préparation du voyage à Munich, nous avons informé l'hôtel que nous voyageions avec un enfant et nous avons accepté ( par e-mail et confirmé par le front office de l'hôtel ) de surclasser la chambre réservée en Junior Suite. Nous arrivons à l'Hôtel et il n'y avait pas de nouvelles sur le surclassement convenu (bien sûr à payer) et nous recevons une chambre standard. Comme cet hôtel est un NH nous ne nous attendions pas à ce que cette situation serait un gros problème , cependant la chambre attribuée était une très ancienne , avec un ventilateur ( à la place ou la climatisation ) . Le seul bon point serait le lit , très confortable , le parking sur les environs et la disponibilité d'un café tout près de l'hôtel. Aussi le centre-ville dans non loin en bus ou en voiture.
Probablement que nous n'allons pas choisir cet hôtel lors de notre prochaine visite à Munich, mais nous verrons.
Dates de notre séjour à l'hôtel du 26 août au 28 août 24 .
